At Our Ruby Girl, we wholeheartedly believe that everything begins and ends with kindness.

It’s in the local and sustainable food suppliers we work with, it’s in our coffee partner Locale Espresso (the only coffee supplier in Australia with a closed loop sustainable practise), it’s in our coffee vans, catering and gelato carts.

It’s why you’ll find our providore shelves stocked with everything you need to take a little bit of Ruby Girl home with you, including books, plants, homewares, jewellery, locally made art and a little bit of whatever we are in love with right now.

It is absolutely why we are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We hire a range of staff with disability, and take on two high-school aged work experience students with disability per term.
